Shipping

Centreprice offers two shipping options, Standard Mail/Airmail and International Express Courier. Please note that the delivery times listed below are estimates only. centreprice does not guarantee delivery times as delays may be experienced.

Airmail

Many products are sourced from a US Supplier and where products are being shipped from a US Supplier by airmail, you should expect their orders to arrive within 10 - 12 working days of centreprice receiving your order (subject to stock availability). Approximate rates for the Airmail option are $6 for the first item and $2-3 for each additional item. The exact amount will be calculated when you confirm the shipping address.

Express Courier

Where the Express Courier option is selected, you should receive their orders in 3-4 days of centreprice receiving your order (subject to stock availability). Rates for couriers will be calculated when you confirm the shipping address.

Risk and damage

Centreprice accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to goods occurring in transit.

Payment

Payment will be considered received once the amount paid by you is received by centreprice in immediately available funds. Until payment is received, centreprice reserves the right to cancel any order or delivery.

Return Policies and Instructions
We understand that you may not always be completely satisfied with your purchase, and in some instances may need to return a product to us. With this in mind we have done our best to make returning a product as easy and convenient as possible. Set forth below are our policies with respect to returns as well as instructions on how to return a product to us.

Music Cds and Dvds
These products may be returned if they are received back by Centreprice.com within 30 days of shipment. Defective products will be replaced for the same product after the defect has been verified. Returns cannot be accepted after 120 days of shipment; please inspect your merchandise carefully after receipt.

Defective Products
When you return a defective product, please include a detailed description of the defect. Defective products will be replaced with the same product; we cannot exchange a defective item for another item. If the product is found not to be defective, it will be returned to you.

Processing Returns
Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card. You will receive an email credit/invoice message when your return has been processed. We're sorry, but we are unable to process exchanges for other titles. If you wish to exchange a returned product for another title, you must place a new order for the title you wish to purchase. The value of the returned item will be credited to the original purchasing credit card.

Shipping Charges On Returns
If you return a defective item or an item that was shipped in error, you may be reimbursed for return shipping charges up to the amount that was originally applied to your order. Please write "refund return shipping" on your invoice.Unless the returned product is defective or an item was shipped in error by Centreprice.com, you will be responsible for return shipping, and will not be refunded for the original shipping charges.

Refused Shipments/Restocking Fee
Please make your product selections carefully. If you are an international customer, please be aware that you are responsible for paying any duties, customs charges, or tariffs on products shipped to you. Customs declarations will indicate the full value of the order in US dollars. If you refuse a shipment for any reason, or if your package is returned as unclaimed or nondeliverable, you will not be refunded for your original shipping charges and your return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Instructions for Returns
If an item is returned to us that does not fall within the policies set forth above, we will contact you to make arrangements for the item to be returned to you at your cost.

No Liability

Centreprice assumes no liability for the use of any information posted here or for the use of any product or service described or contained, on this Website. In no event will centreprice or its employees, agents, suppliers, or contractors be liable for any damages of any kind or character, including without limitation any compensatory, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of use, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property, claims of third parties or other losses of any kind or character, even if centreprice has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses, arising out of or in connection with the use of this Website or any Website with which it is linked.

To the extent permitted by law, centreprice's liability in relation to any product or service purchased as a consequence of your use of the Website is limited to the lesser of: (a) the replacement of any product purchased; and (b) the purchase price paid by you to centreprice for that product or service.

Prices in United States dollars

Unless otherwise specified, all prices listed on this Website are in United States Dollars and do not include any freight charges or Taxes. You are required to pay all freight charges and Taxes. Centreprice may increase its prices to include any freight charges and Taxes.
