| Ordering Through Centreprice |
|
|
|
|
| Once you become a Centreprice member placing an order is a simple process. Similar to walking through a music store but quicker and more convenient. |

| Creating Your Centreprice Account |
|
Becoming a Centreprice member is completely obligation free. We do not require you to make any minimum purchases and there are no contractual or legally binding agreements.
To become a Centreprice Member is easy: |

Click the 'Your Account' button on the menu bar. |

Simply fill in all the details requested (you need to fill in the Billing address as well as the Shipping address). |

Submit your details by clicking on "Submit" and you have a centreprice account. |

You are now ready to shop. | |

| Selecting Your Products |
|
You can find items in the centreprice Catalogue in 2 ways, by searching or browsing.
If you know what you're looking for you can use the search tool at the top of each page or you can browse the catalogue by clicking on any of the links across the top of the page. |

| Once you have found the item you are looking for, simply click on the relevant buy button and the item will automatically go into your shopping basket. There is no obligation to purchase items in your shopping basket, if you change your mind or make a mistake simply click on the 'remove' button next to the item and it will be removed from your basket and put back on the shelf. |

| If you would like more than 1 copy of an item, edit the quantity number and click 'updatebasket' |
|
| To put further items into your basket simply follow the same steps as you did for the first item. |

| Once you have added all items you wish to purchase to your shopping basket and checked that its contents are correct hit the 'proceedtocheckout' button |

| You will now be asked to confirm your account details. |

| Confirming Your Shipping Details |
|
| Please make sure all fields are filled in correctly to avoid delays with your order. The email address shown on this page is where your confirmation of order and shipping will be sent. If you wish to send the items in your order to a different address than shown on your account, you can alter the shipping details here. Please ensure the full shipping address is inserted. |

| Once you have checked that your details are correct click on the "Proceed to Step 2" button to proceed. |

| Select Your Method of Payment |
|
Next you will be asked to select a payment method, centreprice accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, BPay, OZ Epay, A2Z Connect and Cheque or Money Order. Select either Credit Card, BPay, OZ Epay, A2Z Connect or Cheque/Money Order as your method of payment. If you select the "Credit Card" payment option, you must provide details in the credit card details fields. 
Credit cards are the fastest payment system available and you order will be processed on the same day that it is placed. If you do not want to send your credit card details across the internet then select the "Cheque/Money Order/Fax" payment option below and fax your details to us with your order. Orders purchased by Cheque/Money order will not be processed until payment is received. |

Once you have checked that your payment details are correct click on the "Proceed to Step 3" button.
FinaliZing Your Order |

| Once you've double checked all delivery and payment details on your order, click on the "Complete Your Order" button. Your order is now being processed, this may take a few seconds. |

| NB: DO NOT CLICK THE Complete Your Order BUTTON MORE THAN ONCE. If you receive an error message, please email admin@centreprice.com |

| Once your order has been placed you will be issued with an order number, it is a good idea to record this number for future reference. You will also receive an e-mail shortly with all your order details. |
