Returns Policy

Customers who wish to return product to Centreprice need to first email Customer Service and a Service Consultant will then be in contact with you regarding your return. Return requests must be completed within 7 days of shipment arrival date.

Rejected Returns:


The handling charge for rejected returns sent back to the customer is AU$1 per item.


Non-Returnable Items:
  1. Any product without original artwork or liner notes
  2. CD's without shrink wrap that are not defective. (please note, CD's sourced from Australia are not shrink-wrapped. CD's sourced from the USA are shrink-wrapped).
  3. Products not purchased from Centreprice .
  4. Product with damaged artwork, with foreign substance(s) on the media and/or has been defaced and is not marked as defective.
  5. Vinyl Items
